The charter price includes:
VAT, crew, harbour taxes, insurance of the ship, insurance of passengers and crew, charter services during the agreed cruising time, ship's departure from and arrival in the harbor, cruising for a daily average of 4 hours per a day (selected route), 4 hours of generator use a day, all appliances on the yacht according to the yacht list, 1x sheet/week and 2x towels/week.
The charter price excludes:
Personal expenses such as bar beverages, land tours, special taxes to marinas to meet the clients’ demand, special transfers, special demands for embarkation and disembarkation of clients, daily more than 4 hours of cruising, marina dues, residence tax and entrances to national parks, sun towels and tips for the crew.
Payment: 50% while reservation, the rest 4 weeks before the cruise.
Reservation only - 10% of the face value.

Embarkation is after 04:00 PM on the day of arrival and disembarkation is before 09:00 AM on the day of departure.
The yacht cruises during the day only. Yacht can cruise during the night by an explicit arrangement with the company or as a matter of necessity.
The yacht will cruise within Croatian territorial inland waters according to a suggested route. The captain can modify the routes in the event of bad weather conditions or in the event of it being objectively impossible to put in to a planned harbor.
The client shall deliver the exact passengers list to the company at least two weeks before the embarkation. It is not permitted to have more persons on the yacht than listed in the passengers list. The agency or client shall report the company if clients have some malady (chronic or contagious allergies) also, if clients have any dietary requirements.
Payment
Reservation only: 10% of the face value valid for agreed period.
The agreed charter price may be paid by two installments. The first one, 50% of agreed charter price, the client shall pay within seven days after the reservation has been made and the agreement has been signed.
The second installment, another 50% (or the remaining of agreed price) has to be paid at latest 30 days before beginning of the cruise. The payment may be arranged by the bank transfer according to issued Proforma Invoice.
Discount:
Special discount on regular prices – may be granted only on request in special circumstance.

- Children under the age of 2 years travel free of charge.
- Children up to the age of 8 years have a 50% discount for F/B and H/B.
- Children up to the age of 12 years have a 30% discount for F/B and H/B
- ”Early Bird” booking: On booking payments before January 31, a 5% discount is granted.

Special requests:
Hostess costs 100.00 Euros per day.
The price of every additional hour of added cruising with the engine is 75.00 Euros. All additional payments will be paid at the end of the cruise to the captain or any representative of Company according to the price receipt.
In the event that the yacht is unable to put out to the sea, the Company will offer an alternative ship of same or better quality. The company's liability, of any kind, is limited only to the paid price.
In the event that the Company is unable to provide an alternative ship, the Company may take up to 24 hrs to repair the original ship. During that period the Company will provide clients with accommodation and food and will organize excursion at it’s own cost.
Clients are not permitted to bring their own drinks and beverages onto the yacht. Clients may not bring their own food on board if it is not explicitly permitted by the terms of the contract.
In the event of charter cancellation by the client
The Company reserves the right to levy cancellation charges as follows:

30 % of the total price, if cancelled up three months before embarkation
- 50 % of the total price to 30 days before embarkation
- 100 % of the total price for cancellations within 15 days prior to embarkation.

The Company shall not be liable for any curtailment of the cruise caused through fault or reason of the passengers. No refund shall be made in the event of curtailment of the cruise once it has commenced, however caused, nor shall the company be liable for any consequent expenses incurred as a result of curtailment.
Cancellation or variation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or alter the cruise arrangements should unforeseen circumstances require it. Should cancellation be necessary before embarkation, the Company will, if possible, offer an alternative cruise or will alternatively make a full refund of all money paid. The Company is obliged to end the cruise in the harbor agreed in the original planned route. In the event of bad weather conditions, the Company may end the cruise in the closest place with public transport.
Company liability of any kind is limited to the paid charter price.
Obligation of passengers
Smoking below deck and in the cabins is not allowed, the passengers are obliged to abide by the Croatian rules protecting the environment as well as rules governing fishing and diving. The passengers are due to hold on to the captain's rules regarding the safety of the yacht and the well being of all passengers onboard.
Notice
Yacht Patronice is a safe wooden boat. While navigating rough seas some wood work may be heard. This is normal.
Complaints
All remarks or suggestions may be solved with the captain or directly with Company's representative. Unresolved complaint has to be made in writing before the end of the cruise or immediately upon disembarkation.
In the event of a dispute being taken to the court, the competent court is in Rijeka, Croatia.
These charter terms and conditions are part of the contract and are accepted by signing of the contract or consenting to cruise; paying according to issued offer, embarking on the yacht without a contract, booking a cruise with an agency, etc. |
